  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team
  • Customers must provide accurate details (pickup, drop, date, etc.)

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings
  • Remaining amount must be paid before or during the trip
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted methods

❌ 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be informed in advance
  • Refunds (if applicable) depend on timing and booking type
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund
  • Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted

  • Smoking, drinking (if restricted), or illegal activities inside the vehicle
  • Misuse or damage to the vehicle
  • Any behavior that threatens driver safety

  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings
  • Maximum liability is limited to the booking amount paid
